Since 1820, the Sisters of the Choorstraat have been a Catholic congregation in the heart of 's-Hertogenbosch, dedicated to caring for the poor, the elderly, and the sick. The documentary was produced to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the birth of Pastor Heeren.
Alongside this celebration, the film carries a poignant layer: these sisters, who have devoted their entire lives to helping others, are now witnessing their own community slowly shrink, facing a profound lack of new vocations. Yet, their motto "In Omnibus Charitas", which means "Love in Everything", will never be forgotten.
