The documentary “Tijs! - Komt GoeT” tells the story of a school dropout and loitering youth who struggles with difficult family relationships, but ultimately finds his way back to pursue his dreams. What makes this documentary unique is that Tijs's own mother directed it, which helped rebuild and forge a special new bond between mother and son.
In 2025, the documentary was featured during the opening of the Dutch ‘Youth Coach Academy’. That same year, it was also included in the ‘Samen Gezond’ (Healthy Together) program in ’s-Hertogenbosch.
